Affordable stay close to the beach, restaurants and historic art deco buildings Positive: Great location, love that it has cooking facilities and a washer dryer, check in was easy as you just get sent the codes to your door and gate. Air conditioning works well Negative: The dryer does not dry very well, maybe because it’s a wash dryer in one machine it’s not as good. There wasn’t a ironing board,

Buena ubicación Positive: La ubicación es buenísima si tu intención es tener la playa cerca. La cocineta esta super completa, cuenta con microondas, estufa completa, utensilios de cocina, también cuenta con lavadora . El espacio es tal cual la imagen. Negative: El baño no tiene puerta , solo una cortina y da directo al área de cocina. Aunque eramos familia la privacidad es importante. No contaba con accesorios para ir a la playa, cuenta con lavadora pero no vi espacio para secar. La habitación por dentro tal cual a la imagen, limpio, remodelado, pero la parte de afuera bastante descuidado y viejo. La tarifa que pagué (qué a lo mejor fue por la premura, ya que reserve con poco tiempo) considero que fue alta para el lugar. Si regresaría solo por la ubicación

Perfect location near the beach. Big two bads. But smell may make you disappointed Positive: Location is perfect. Cross the street and you have a Starbucks and behind it it’s a beach. Many restaurants and pubs nearby. Two big beds will be good for big families. I didn’t feel any discomfort of using the beds, so I think they are good. Good bonus is the washing machine, that works well (it has dryer that is super helpful in the humid environment). It helped them to get one extra star. Fridge also works well and big enough. Surprisingly no cockroaches or other insects, as they use chemistry to protect the building and apartment from them — that is a huge plus (I expected to see some, but honestly no). Negative: Old building has very bad smell, as it’s humid out and inside all year round. I tried to stay a little in the apartment to have more fresh air outside. You can’t open windows as they tell that it will add more humidity to the apartment. Air conditioning is so super old, that it has huge noice and doesn’t make its work well enough. Some towels are a bit old and have signs of wear. But I used washing machine to refresh them and use with more confidence. You need to buy your own washing gel, they don’t provide (and it’s understandable). Some cups and plates were not clean, and I decided not to use them. Not a big deal, if you want - you can re-wash them yourself, but again a bit of discomfort.
